ON THE WEST COAST Bungalow Type 'EL MIERTA' is magnificently built on three acres of land and is one of the most luxurious self-catering holiday complexes situated on the western coast. The complex consists of 37 four-bedroom villas and leisure facilities available on the ground include a huge swimming pool with children's area, a tennis court and a squash court. The layout of each villa is as follows (2 villas): Ground floor : sitting room, dining room, kitchen, toilet and a garage First floor : one double room, 2 single bedrooms and bathroom, toilet Second floor : Master bedroom with attached bathroom, toilet All rooms have a terrace and both double rooms overlook the pool. The total surface of each bungalow is approx. 223 square metres, which makes each unit perfectly suitable to cater for families and groups. Each villa sleeps 6 pax. The bungalows are fully equipped with washing machine, television, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave etc. Two double bedrooms are air-conditioned and all bed linens and towels are provided. Security service is 24 hr a day. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed sheet is done three times a week. For cooking food and washing of dishes and clothes, you can arrange with the maid on the spot. The complex has around 48 apartments with leisure facilities available on the ground including a large swimming pool with children's area, a tennis court and a gym. Two apartments are both on the 2nd floor of the building and layout is as following; (i) Two bedroom apartment; Sitting room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms (double bed) with air cond. and terraces overlooking the pool. (ii) Three bedroom apartment: Sitting room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. Master bedroom (double bed) is air cond. and has attached bathroom. Second bedroom (double bed) is also air cond. where as third bedroom (double bed) is equipped with a fan. Terraces overlooking the pool.
